Worship is central to our community life at Ascension. In worship, we give thanks for God’s presence in our lives, we learn ways to better live into God’s loving vision for the world, and we pray that God be a continued presence in our lives as we move throughout the world. We offer several opportunities for worship each week, as well as special worship events throughout the month.

Our typical worship pattern is:

  • Sundays: 8:00 AM – Holy Communion - in Sanctuary

  • Sundays: 10:30 AM – Holy Communion - in Memorial Garden (weather permitting)

  • Wednesdays: 5:30 PM – Holy Communion with prayers for Healing

  • Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM – Morning Prayer (In-person and on Zoom)

  • Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – Centering Prayer (In-person and on Zoom

Please note: During the COVID-19 Pandemic, our worship schedule is subject to change. Check back here for the most up-to-date information, or sign-up to receive parish e-mails and alerts.

A Note on COVID-19 Masks:

Under guidance from the Diocesan Office effective on May 9th, 2021, masks will continue to be required for all indoor in-person worship services. For outdoor worship services, masks will be required only when receiving Holy Communion at the altar. At other times in our outdoor worship, you may wear a mask at your preference. Please continue to bring a mask since they are required for communion. We will continue to provide masks for those that do not have one handy. 3-ft Social distancing protocols will still be followed.
