In our baptismal vows, one of the promises Episcopalians make is to “continue in the apostles' teaching and fellowship, in the breaking of the bread, and in the prayers.” We believe these three things – learning, fellowship, and praying – are essential to Christian life. Our faith journey invites us to deepen our knowledge of God, the bible, and our tradition as part of discerning where God might be calling us out into the world. We are accompanied on that journey by those around us, and are called to enter into fellowship with our community. Through it all, we are strengthened for our faith journey in prayer and worship.
