At Ascension, we believe our path is to love with the heart of Christ, to think with the mind of Christ, and to act as the body of Christ in the communities to which we are called.  One of the primary ways we live out our mission is through outreach support.  We maintain healthy and active partnerships with many charitable organizations at the local, regional, and global levels. Some of the organizations we have been blessed to support are listed below.

If you are a representative from a charitable organization and would like to submit a request for funding, please follow the link below to our request form.  After completing the form, mail it (along with the requested paperwork) to our office at 726 1st Avenue NW, Hickory, NC  28601, or email the documents to us at office@ascensionhickory.org.

The Ascension Outreach Committee is comprised of volunteers who are members of The Episcopal Church of the Ascension.  The committee meets regularly to discuss the many opportunities to help those in need and review requests for funding.  If you have questions about our outreach program, please contact Deacon Anita Ware.
